I spoke with Jimmy Dean (800)925-326 and was informed:

    all uncooked sausage is GF
    all fully cooked sausage is GF
    BBQ pork (sold at Sam's) is GF
    Beef Jerky is GF, except teriyaki

I spoke with Shirley at Jones Dairy Farm (920)563-2431

    all natural dinner sausage is GF
    all natural lite
    all natural patties
    all natural original roll sausage
    Golden Brown (mild, beef, spicy, lite, & patty) are GF

I asked about the packaging and she said that the Grain Based Talk that
makes separating packages easier is made from corn (according to their
supplier). The roll sausage is packed in a film and is OK.

I spoke with Karen Harrison at Wise Foods (570) 759-4000 and
    only the All Natural Chips are gluten free.

Although they do not use gluten in their products, they can't determine if
there is cross contamination via their supplier.
