Just recently I noticed somebody who desperately needed to know the GF status
of a product that is made by a company that says all you have to do with their
products is read the ingredients. I have to assume this person did not know
the policy of that company, otherwise they wouldn't have asked.

So I wondered if it might be a good idea to put together a list of companies
that people know about that either say they will clearly list gluten in the
ingredients or that say all their products are gluten free (I believe one or
two pharmaceutical companies are like this). I'm not talking about companies
that exist to make gluten free products, like Gluten Free Pantry or
Kinnikinnick. I'm talking about mainstream companies.

For a start, I know that Kraft, Progresso, McCormick, Hershey, and Nestle all
say they will clearly list wheat etc. Please send me any other companies that
you have confirmed yourself and I'll summarize.

Richard
