I keep reading about casein allergies.  I understand it is milk protein
but how does one find out if they are allergic to casein?  I have been
gf for a year and I think I may also be reacting to other things.  I
have put myself on an elimination diet.  I suspect tomatoes may be the
culprit, but there may be other things too. At any rate, any information
would be helpful.
