FYI to any one in Western Mass, Better Life Whole Food Store on 1514 Allen St. in Springfield has a great selection of gf foods.  One of the owners has celiac and does a great deal of research on what is available.  He also special orders the Gillian rolls for me in case quantity with a discount.  They are a small store but have a great selection.  Clare, MA
