Found a cute, new restaurant (5 weeks old) in Kenosha, WI today. The owner is very aware of what is gluten-free and is happy to aid in selections. Had a wonderful meal and just thought it was worth passing on. Menu is available at www.nookcafe.com. It is a little difficult to read, but any questions can be directed to the owner. Jane
