On one of the groups that I belong to and I believe it was this one, someone
posted that Olive Garden made their Pasta Fagiol(spelling) and added the
pasta later.  That if you contacted them they could give you the soup
without the pasta.  I tried that today at our local Olive Garden.  I usually
start having symptoms 2 hours after I have ingested gluten.  It has not been
almost 5 hours and I am still O.K.  They were very accommodating and I had a
very pleasant dining experience.  Although it is not the same as have
Portabella mushroom ravioli and raspberry cheesecake for dessert it was
wonderful to finally be able to go to a place we have loved to eat at in the
past.  I plan on contacting the company on Monday and letting them know how
much I appreciated the care given to me at our local resturant.  Just
thought I would pass this along in case there are others who would like to
be able to go back there.
