I was wondering, what is a true reaction when eating Gluten.  How do you know
for sure that you are celiac and when gluten is ingested.  what are the
common reactions.  I dont have diareahea, i keep the waste in me for days on
end, then i have real bad gas like every 5 min until i finally go to the
bathroom and when i do, it is usually yellow-brownish and very soft but not
loose like diareahea... not watery, it still have some form.  I have an
appointment with an GI that knows about Celiac.  i have had 2 blood test
confirmed 1 biopsy negatice and a ultrasound that said i have gallstones.  I
have gained weight, in my stomach area only.  Some days i am so blown up from
my breast down, i look pregnant, then the next day after i have a bm i will
shrink down.  very ignoring for trying to wear dress clothes to work.  HELP
