I just contacted Oral-B stages and Zoothpaste, and both of them said
that gluten is not an added ingredient, but they can't guarantee that in
processing it doesn't come in contact with it.  They advised not using
their product if you had a gluten sensitivity.

On a positive note, Reach kids toothpastes are GF.  Confirmed with a
phone call today.
