there is an autoimmune disease called Sjogren's syndrome which according to
the FAQ is more common in sufferer's of CD. I have suspected it in myself
for the past few years, but am afraid to bring it up to my Dr. Treatment
for it is merely symptomatic releif anyway: methylcellulose drops for the
eyes and a methylcellulose mouthwash for the dry mouth so the benefits of a
definite diagnosis don't cause me to force a diagnosis.
