The time has come to admit that I have now depleted my hoarded stash of Mr.
Ritt's flour. I have been using that pretty much exclusively as my GF go to
flour for several years, buying it in bulk a couple of times a year when I
saw him at meetings and the like. I don't like mixing my flour - just
keeping all of the flours in my tiny kitchen was not working out for me, but
a single 5# container was great. I liked how I could dump the flour into
any of my traditional recipes and it seemed to work well as the thickening
part of the recipe - for instance, my cornbread recipe from my Betty Crocker
cookbook worked with it, as did chicken parm. I never got brave enough to
flat out replace all of the flour with it, though.

What I need, is an easy to obtain all purpose gluten free flour that works
well. If I have to mail order it, I will, although, I would prefer to be
able to walk into a health food store, Whole Foods, or Wegman's and buy it.

Thanks for the suggestions!

Tracey
