Thanks to all who wrote me in reply to my questioning whether quinoa and
amaranth are gluten-free.

The unanimous reply was that they both are, although several people did say
that some individuals may be sensitive to them, anyway, so introduce with
caution.

Several people had used the Sylvan Borders Farm General-Purpose Flour with
excellent results.
