Hi All

As a newbie also I want to remind others of a tough lesson I learned. It is
always good to check new up todate info on all products. I had been relying
heavily on the archives and particular gf websites to add food to my list for
intake. Well, what you find in the archives sometimes is out dated by many
years, so it is best to double check everything.

I ate a taco dinner that was listed on one of the gf websites, but come to
find out the mix has been changed and now has gluten in it. I think newbies
like myself do not think about all the pro's and con's we are trying absorb
so much and are unable to check on everything throughly (me away) and rely on
the archives and many gf websites for help. I think it is best for all of us
to be alert at all times and to realize things are always being changed
within ingredients and so that means we always have to be looking. It is sad
but that is the deal for a Celiac what is gluten free today may not be
tomorrow.
