Can anyone tell me of a definite gluten-free sleep medication which is a
prescription?  I am asking for my celiac daughter who has tried Ambien (not
gf), Lunesta (she had a bad reaction), and Tylenol PM (not strong enough).
Has anyone with sleep issues taken anything other than those meds which is
safe and helps with more than an occasional sleepless night?  Any help with
tried and true ideas will be greatly appreciated....
