We just returned from a glorious week of skiing at Silver Star Mountain,
BC. The bonus was that the chef at the one of the restaurants at the
resort, Putnam Station Restaurant, is a celiac and his menu offered GF
hamburger buns, garlic bread, soups, sauces, gravies and desserts.

Also, I contacted Kinnikinnick via email and had English Muffins
(delicious!) delivered the day after I arrived, so I didn't have to pack
and carry them and worry about them getting crushed.

Last year, we skied at Fernie Alpine, BC. There were only two
restaurants at the resort, one of which was a pasta house, BUT its menu
boasted "Gluten-Free Pasta Available - $2 Extra".

I have truly relished the joy in finding these thoughtful considerations
for a gluten-free diet and we can hope it will become more prevalent.
