Can you recommend a GF, tree-nut free cracker (ready made or a recipe) that
a 6 year old would like? My daughter is tired of the usual snacks that I
send to school, so I thought I'd try to find a cracker that she would enjoy.
We've tried Edward and Sons, Glutano, Hol Grain and the Hi Ho Cracker recipe
in Bette Hagman's bread baking book, but have found them all to be bland. In
the case of Bette's recipe, the texture of the cracker was very heavy and
hard. I've also looked at the Health Valley rice bran cracker, but it
contains almond extract. Your suggestions would be appreciated!
