Hi fellow Celiacs -


I just came across a new article on the subject of coffee's effects on
Celiacs.  A new study has shown that the protein found in coffee can cause
the same reaction in Celiacs as gluten.  I don't know about you, but I
drink a lot of coffee and I have had a few reactions that I couldn't place
in the past, so this is a big concern for me.  Hopefully it helps others as
well.
