Let It Shine Play Dough

3/4 Cup cold water
1 Tablespoon food coloring
1/2 Cup cornstarch
1 Cup salt

Pour the cold water and food coloring into a medium sized saucepan. Stir in
the salt and cornstarch. Then cook dough ingredients over medium heat until the
mixture gathers together. Once the dough has gathered together into a ball,
wrap the dough in a paper towel. When the dough has cooled, knead it for about
5 minutes until it becomes pliable and smooth.
