of the healthiest grains on the planet; they are loaded with nutrients -
high in protein, iron, B vitamins and fiber, and have unique,
interesting flavors. Come learn the differences between amaranth,
millet, quinoa, teff, buckwheat and others. We'll review their health
benefits and how to cook or bake them into your diet in practical and
creative ways. Whether you just want to learn more about alternative
grains, or are looking for new recipes for your gluten-free diet, this
tour will be a very useful tool. Feel free to bring along your
questions for a Q&A session after the tour.
