Being new to CD (diagnosed last week), I read the "Basic Dietary Guide"
http://www.fastlane.net/homepages/thodge/GFDIET.txtwhich and found it very
helpful.  Loving red wine, I was surprised to see that "some wines" may be
consumed but the guide did not explain further.  Can anyone tell me the
criteria for drinkable wines for people with CD?
