Howdy Pgh. Celiacs:

I'm going to my in-laws in the Pgh. area over X-mas.  This will be my first
visit in 5 years (haven't been there since my c.d. diagnosis over 5 plus
years ago) and I'm completely clueless regarding survival skills there.  My
husband has a very large extended family located in these areas:

Upper St. Clare; Mt. Lebanon and Bethel Park. (Souseside [?]).

I would be extremely grateful to any and all responses about any:

Health Food Stores/gourmet stores and potential safe restaurants in that
area.  THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
