Hi Everyone!

So sorry this is SOOO delayed!  Work has been crazy!!

Thank you all so much for the overwhelming response you gave me for looking for cream of chicken soup!  

List of Suggestions include:

1.  Lipton Cup a Soup- Cream of Chicken Soup- use 3 packages to substitute for condensed can of soup.  Can use cornstarch to thicken.

2. Progresso- substitute their cream of mushroom soup for the chicken soup. Can also use the cream of chicken and rice, if it does not interfere with your meal outcome. 

3. Betty Hagman's- GF Gourmet cookbooks have recipes for cream soup bases.

4. Ener-g Cream of Chicken Soup

Suggested Substitutions to make your own cream based soup:

1. Use chicken broth and sour cream to equal amounts of Cream of Chicken soup required.

2. One cup of milk with some butter, salt, pepper and a teaspoon of Better than Bouillon chicken base.  Add cornstarch to thicken it.
