A review of the most frequently confusing ingredients
in our search for hidden gluten

Our special guest speaker, Melinda Dennis has a Master of Science in
Nutrition and Health Promotion and just completed her dietetic internship at
Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.  She currently is working as
an outpatient dietitian focusing on gastrointestinal disorders.  Melinda was
diagnosed with celiac disease and dermatitis herpetiformis nine years ago and
founded the Healthy Villi Boston Chapter of CSA/USA, Inc., to promote
education and awareness of celiac disease.

The GF Brunch and Meeting will be held at the Mt.Vernon Inn Restaurant.
Please call or email to inquire about entrees and pricing. Mt. Vernon opens
at 8 a.m., so please enjoy a tour of the estate.

The Mt. Vernon Gardens and Landscape Tour is available at 11 a.m. for those
interested (payable at entrance)
