<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>>

I attended a trade show in New Orleans last month and submit the following
experiences:

1. Brennan's- they messed up and served my filet on toast. However, I
followed up with a letter and they invited me back as their guest. I will
give them another try.

2. Emeril's Del Monico- Had a superb GF meal and I highly recommend.
Call the chef, Neal Swidler, and he will take care of you.

3. Domininques- The meal was great until the supposed GF dessert had a
sponge cake lining. They handled it poorly and never returned my follow-up
letter. I will not go back.

I dine out frequently and always talk to chef's ahead of time and explain
my situation clearly. I seldom have issues. The above were the few that
have ever gone bad.
