Question for you: I have been GF for 6 months now but have not yet rec'd a definate diagnosis, although I know that gluten doesn't agree w/ me. Before it didn't seem to bother me if I had a tiny bit of gluten (i.e. communion wafer, or accidental gluten). I am wondering if I could have become more sensitive to it now that the gluten is out of my system? Can it be that after a while being GF that any gluten is more noticeable?? I haven't felt very well since the weekend - seems like it's from gluten - don't know where. Curious. Thanks.
Dawn
