Does anyone know why:
   
  teenager, not diagnosed as celiac but GF for 2 years, tested by blood & skin and not allergic to wheat
   
  Reintroduction of gluten is giving severe cold symptoms.  I know it's not a virus because this has happened with accidental glutening too.
   
  Digestive symptoms are sporadic & severe, but the cold symptoms are constant.
   
  Can anyone explain why?  What symptoms  would be an indication of celiac (will get biopsy in approx. 1 month)
