Since there has been some discussion about how difficult it is to find
tortilla presses, I have found a catalogue that sells them and will pass
this info along.  It is the Baker's Catalogue from King Arthur Flour in
Norwich, Vermont.  Their address is:  P.O. Box 876, Norwich, CT  05055-0876
and their 800 number is:  1-800-827-6836.  The tortilla press they offer is
the Tortilla Chef, item number 4047 for $49.95.
