If anyone wants a great bread try this. In Bette Hagmans "bakes bread" cook
book. Pretty tasty. Kind of a pain mixing all these flours together etc.
but worth the taste. My son ate two slices right from oven after school
today! Mine fell in the middle after I took it from oven but try not letting
rise so long. Cut the proofing time cause it does rise more in oven as
bakes. Maybe I will get it right next time lol.

No financial interest in this author or book:)

Everyone needs a good bread recipe! PS: try and use dough enhanser instead
of vinegar if you can. GF pantry sells it.
