There were only a few responses which I had anticipated. Out of 4 there 
was only one that highly recommended the risk was not worth it. The others 
indicated there was gf food available at western type stores. The 
challenge would very much be in eating out especially since soy sauce is 
in everything. My husband is Chinese and we have already decided going to 
authentic Chinese restaurants here in the states isn't even worth the risk 
since very limited english is spoken there. One thing I think is to our 
advantage is to order bread, etc. over the internet and stick to fresh 
meats, veggies and fruits which are plentiful there. If any one has 
specific info they'd like to share regarding a specific experience they 
had I'd love to hear it. Thanks, Tami Q
