Hi,

I live in the Northwest suburbs of IL and I am in the process of working with my daughter's high school to get a gluten free lunch program set up.  I was wondering if anyone on this list, who's in my area, has done this successfully.  I thought I could put my school administrators in touch with yours to discuss what works and what doesn't, as well as what local suppliers/resources they use.
