I was hoping someone might know of a good Celiac doctor in Orange  
County, CA.
My current Gastro diagnosed the Celiac, but doesn't seem to be very  
"up" on the condition.
I would very much like to find someone who has a little more  
knowledge on the disease.
I have an appointment in May with Dr. Albers at UCI...anyone heard of  
him?

Any help would be appreciated...
