Dear Listmates,

Due to the volume of posts I have received regarding Mr. Ritt's Bakery,
I thought it wise to post the information to the entire list. I have
heard from Paul and he is thrilled at the response their switch to a GF
bakery has received. Believe me, it is a pleasure to have a source of
such wonderful gourmet cakes. I will not be happy until I have sampled
every one. :>)

Mr. Ritt's Bakery has a website at http://mrrittsbakery.homepage.com
Here you can view almost all of their products, their descriptions, the
sizes and prices. Paul also told me that the website is being redone to
be more complete, more eye pleasing and faster loading. Their snail
mail address is 709 East Passyunk Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19147-3016
Their toll free phone number is 1-877-677-4887. Their email address is

I have no reason to doubt that you will be anything less than elated
with anything you should order. Once again, I have absolutely no
financial interest in this bakery. My only aim is to see them succeed
and prosper so other food producers take notice and maybe start to cater
to our market. I am tired of struggling with this diet and would love
to be able to enjoy the same things the gluten eating majority enjoys.
