My 5 yo daughter has celiac. Last year we tried millet bread (that was
determined to be GF)
and she had a reaction just like she did the time I mistakenly gave her a
roll made with regular wheat flour (vomiting for several hours). I know
millet is considered GF. I know there is some question as to whether
millet is safe for some people with celiac, so now we just avoid it. I am
curious about buckwheat. Does anyone get "gluten like" reactions to
buckwheat and is there any information saying this may be a questionable
product to eat for people with celiac? Thanks Beth in Maine
