Has anyone had any experience with Dr. Vikki Peterson, DC, CCN of HealthNOW Medical Center and author of The Gluten Effect.

I read the article by her posted yesterday "Gluten-free but still feeling ill?"  http://www.celiaccentral.org/News/NFCA-Newsletters/Celiac-Central-Newsletter/182/#GlutenFreebutStillill

It made a lot of sense and I am tempted to go and see her when we are in California in September, but would really like some feedback from anyone who has been there.  Many thanks, Jane
