I just discovered that Jewel Osco has a gluten-free section in their 'dietary needs, sports nutrition' aisle on the Osco side.  They carry quite a few mixes including the Bette Hagman flour mixes, a few different brands of pancake/waffle, pizza crust & cakes & cookies mixes.  Also some Mi-del & Enjoy Life cookies, some pastas, etc.
