Happy new year from 1-2-3 Gluten Free. We wish everyone a healthy, happy
and safe new year.
1-2-3 Gluten Free currently offers 7 gluten-free products, many of which
are also free of soy, dairy, corn, and/or egg. Our products are
manufactured in a dedicated gluten-free facility.
As a celiac who was diagnosed as an adult, I can appreciate that you
want moist, non-gritty products that are easy to make. That's exactly
what we offer. In fact, we continue to receive comments from happy
customers who can't believe our products are gluten free.
Our Southern Glory Biscuit Mix makes biscuits that are light and fluffy
and great on their own, or as pigs-in-a-blanket, sausage balls, chicken
pot pie, or strawberry shortcake (recipes available on our website,
www.123glutenfree.com). You just add eggs, oil and either pumpkin,
applesauce, or mashed banana to our Sweet Goodness Pan Bar Mix and you
decide whether you want pumpkin bars, apple spice bars or banana bars --
all of which have been hits with kids and adults. Meredith's Marvelous
Muffin Mix is equally versatile and can be used to make muffins or
quickbread in one of four flavors (banana, pumpkin, zucchini, or
carrot). Aaron's Favorite Rolls are quick and easy and light and chewy
on the inside with a nice crust on the outside. Allie's Awesome Pancake
Mix can be used for pancakes or waffles that are NOT gritty or rubbery
-- check out our pumpkin pancake recipe on the site as well.
Delightfully Gratifying Poundcake Mix can be used to make a 12-cup bundt
cake that has just a hint of lemon. Devilishly Decadent Brownie Mix can
be used to make moist, rich brownies that are loaded with chunks of
chocolate.
We are releasing new mixes in January and February. Check out our site
for updates on new mixes as they become available.
