Hello all,

I will appreciate your helping me in cooking bread with Schar Bread Mix B in
Zojirushi bread maker.  I applied the recipe for bread machine on the web
site of Schar which says 500 gr Schar Bread Mix B + 450 ml water + 10 gr
yeast but the result was unsuccessful, I reduced the amounts as 3.5 cups of
Mix B + 400 ml water + approx 7.5 gr yeast but once again the bread came
out sticky and overrised. Please give me clear and detailed instructions on
what to do
in order to avoid wasting any further precious G-F material.
