Hi all,

One of the things I love most about this list is how willing we all are to
help each other and how concerned we are for each other.  Thank you to
everyone who answered and especially for all the well wishes to my sister-
in-law.  I got a ton of responses to my question about Ensure very
quickly.  It was unanimously decided that Ensure is GF.  I was also told
by many that Boost is also GF (except for Chocolate Malt).  Finally, even
though I don't live within 120 miles of a Target (major boo hoo!), Ensure
is on sale there this week.  Thanks Karen!
