I am so sorry that I miss quoted this in the summary, Here is the proper
dose.


MAGNESIUM:

500 mg per day normally. I recommend starting with 250, and if you don't
get diarrhea from that, go to 500. If that doesn't relieve the
constipation, increase as much as 1500 per day. If you get too much it
causes diarrhea. My doctor, who doesn't really understand celiacs, tells
me to take it till you have diarrhea, then back off a pill. He doesn't
understand how much we avoid that nuisance :) It's also great for muscle
cramps. A deficiency will cause such cramps. -vance
