My apologies if this has already been discussed....

There is a wonderful product available in most "regular" grocery stores
called Papadini Hi-Protein Lentil Bean Pasta. It tastes just like orzo
pasta, and has more protein than steak. It is clearly marked
"gluten-free" on the package. Best of all, my kids love it too.

To find where it is sold in your area, go to their website at
www.adriennes.com

I have no financial interest in this company, just gratitude for a
great-tasting, healthy GF product that is readily available.
