To increase the number of celiacs currently being diagnosed, Honestly  
Speaking, in conjunction with the National Foundation for Celiac  
Awareness, will host a continuing education event for healthcare  
professionals on April 23, 2007.  The topic is “Gluten Intolerance in  
the 21st Century – Breaking it down.  From Celiac Disease to Autism
