Dear All,
 
         Thank you very much for your speedy responses to my question
about Butter Flavor Crisco. It was for the "Donna Jo's Dream Pastry"
recipe from More from the Gluten Free Gourmet.
         Thanks also for telling me about the third book in the
Gluten-Free Gourmet series.
         By the way, over here we tend to weigh rather than measure
things and our butter does not come in sticks. Can anyone tell me how
much a stick weighs?
