I just saw Debole's jerusalem artichoke pasta listed in a catalog that I
have.  Does anyone have any idea if it is GF?  My guess would be they
had to add something else to it to be able to make a pasta product, but
I don't know and the catalog is just a list.  Any information
appreciated and if it is GF I will certainly let the list know.
