Hi everyone,

I was just wondering whether anyone has any suggestions for a decent brand
of gluten free pasta that I can get in Western Australia. The ones I have
tried go very soggy (even though I cook them for less than the time
specified on the packet) and don't taste the best.

Also, does anyone have a gluten free substitute (or recipe) for water
crackers (thin cracker biscuits that go well with dips or cheese)?

Thanks heaps for your help,
Rawinia.
