Hello list mates!

We are traveling this weekend to Door county Wisconsin, and wondered if
people had suggestions on safe restaurants for celiacs to patronize? Our
teenage daughter and an exchange student we are hosting both have celiac
disease. Will summarize.

Also, just wanted to share that we are hosting the exchange student, who is
from Spain, after responding to a posting on this list serve! The student
told us that originally the exchange program told her that she couldn't
participate because of her celiac disease, but in response to pressure from
the one of the American celiac associations (not sure which one?) they
changed their mind and allowed her to participate. We are really enjoying
the experience and would recommend it highly to others!

Susan
