I have search the archives and celiac web pages and cannot find the
information that I need for our trip to North Carolina.  We are leaving
this Saturday and will be spending a week in Belhaven, North Carolina
and will take day trips to Ocracoke and possibly Nags Head.  Any celiac
friendly restaurants or health food stores in these areas?  We could
also travel to Washington, NC, Bath, and the Lake Mattamuskeet area.

Any helpful information would be greatly appreciated!!
