Hi again,

What a "mix"-ed bag re:  Pamela's mixes.  4 - love them!  6 - can't
use! Of the responses so far, two cited the milk as maybe the problem for
some, also milk in the choc. chips; one that we should use dark choc. chips
as they don't contain milk (choc. lover me thought all choc. re: candy,
etc. had some form of milk in it); one cited brown rice flour as a problem;
one possible cross-contamination, one who doesn't use but said to watch out
for canola oil; and two who commented on the fact that maybe my chicken
wasn't cooked well enough--one of them saying chicken must reach 185F on a
meat thermometer to be safe. Appreciate it. Reminder to Mary: just
because I used to be able to eat certain things without concern, does not
mean I can now. And, one who just needed to get defensive and accuse me of
targeting one of his/her favorite companies, which I certainly did not do.

Thanks to those of you who offered helpful advice/comments which, after all
is said and done, is what this listserv is about.

Peace,

Mary B.
