Hello Listmates,

Could you post citations and references that are not from unlicensed Doctors, non-professionals or sites proven to use phony info as listed on "Quackwatch.org"?
Much of what was posted is blatantly "junk science" which is mostly untrue. Beware of so called "newsletters" that just spread misinformation.. 

Please if any posters are going to make medical or scientific claims, post your sources of your quotes, clips and citations. It helps everyone separate fact from fiction and having solid facts really helps new members with celiac.
