Here are responses to my summary on vitamins that I felt I should pass on:

"just wanted to let you know that Oscal is NOT guaranteed GF, although they
contain no obvious gluten ingredients. After my pharmacist said they should
be GF, I took three Oscal pills and had the worst gluten reaction I've ever
had. Upon calling, the company confirmed they they do not guarantee their
product to be gf, as they purchase their ingredients from outside suppliers
that may have contamination issues or varied sources for their products. To
their credit, the Oscal folks were very concerned and promptly sent me a
check to reimburse me for the cost of the pills. You might want to post an
update to the list ... hope this prevents you from having a similar
problem!"

"when I called Centrum awhile back they said they were not gluten-free.
You may want to tell the person who takes them so they can double check!
Thanks!"

"Flintsones Chewables are no longer guaranteed to be GF, according to a
customer service rep I spoke with last week."
