I was wondering if anyone on the list had any experience with Amtrak. My
mother would like to take a long distance train but is unsure about meals.
Specifically she is concerned about whether or not Amtrak would prepare
gluten free meals. If they do, does anyone know who would have to be
contacted. Thanks in advance for everyone's help.
