I just wanted to let everyone know about a wonderful new bakery that has
started up in Alliance, Ohio.   It is called Kathy's Creations, 460 E. Main
St., Alliance.    330-821-8183 or 866-821-8183.

Kathy is also a celiac, so I believe this makes her even more driven in
making her goodies taste like the "real thing".  She was gracious enough to
come to our support meeting and let us sample her creations.   They were
awesome.   She even has non-GF customers who think her selections are
terrific.

Give her a try.   She is definitely worth the trip.   But...she does not
ship.  At least not yet!!
